Dear Pavel,
I want to thank you so much for assisting me with my Alexa. You spent such a long time with me, which I so appreciate! I know I’ll be reaching out again soon with other needs I have.
I also wanted to mention that your presentation here at Golden West Senior Apartments was very informative and opened the eyes of my fellow residents regarding how incredible your services can be!
I look forward to another session
soon.
With best regards,

Some years ago Pavel encouraged me to catch onto the web so I took him on as a teacher and a guide. He was so inspiring and patient that I have succeeded in keeping up with the world.....for an 84 year old. I am glad he is able to help others as well. We all need to have younger friends to inspire us!

Pavel Goldstein is a modern hero ... This is reflected in his generous and completely innovative project, LevelUp Seniors Tech Bridge. For me, at 82 and disabled, fixing and learning to properly use my computer and smartphones was not only challenging but beyond my financial ability. I had a recent health crisis complicated by severe telephone problems that kept me very isolated. Pavel has spent numerous hours calmly fixing the frustrating problems. His help was of course, completely free of charge.
"Calmly” is an (the) operative word here. Working with digital items is very emotionally charged for me, i.e., I get a little crazy. I never feel judged by him. I feel like I stepped into a gold mine of help and support when I started working with Pavel.

Pavel,
I want to thank you for your excellent help--for free--for showing me how to maximize the seemingly unlimited potential of my computer.
I know you have also helped--for free--many others, who, like me, completed their formal education before computers for personal use existed and thus were computer illiterate.
You have shared not only your knowledge, but even more importantly, also your heart.
Blessings,

I had my TV so messed up I was sure I would have to get a new one. I called Pavel and he was here the next day. Since that time he has helped me with Bluetooth issues on my iPhone, antivirus and most recently getting a new TV with Bluetooth so that I could hookup my wireless headphones as my old TV didn't have that option. He went above and beyond anything I would expect, including two trips to the Xfinity store for new remotes. I highly recommend Pavel for any of your technical devices.

Volunteering at LUSTB was truly one of the most rewarding and deep experiences of my life. Every time, I sat alongside remarkable individuals—retirees who had built families, careers, and entire communities—eager to share their experience even as they learned to understand unfamiliar technology. Each story taught me everything from patience to personal fulfillment. What struck me most was how each person’s “tech journey” was intertwined with their life journey: creating Facebook and WhatsApp accounts to reconnect with family; understanding email became a way to attend concerts to music they enjoyed. Under Pavel’s guidance, I learned not just troubleshooting tips, but also listening and honoring decades of experience while gently introducing new skills. Volunteering here helped me see that technology is just more than hardware and software.

Pavel is a knowledgeable and patient person to help with tech issues. I'm hesitant to give praise because I need so much help, but he's wonderful and already very much in demand where I live! I appreciate his courtesy regarding appointments and timing.
