Reviewing and demonstrating options takes 30 to 45 minutes and can be repeated as often as needed to ensure that you always feel comfortable and safe using your cell phone's voice-assisted feature.


Verify that smartphones are configured correctly for emergency help, with voice commands alone, calls, even when the screen is LOCKED. These services, Google Assistant and Siri are not always activated by default on both Androids and iPhones.

This is an as-needed service and can take as little as 15 minutes or be a conversation that spans several meetings over several hours, depending on the issue(s) being addressed.  


  • Help with installing and maintaining TVs, cell phones, tablets, computers & connected devices, such as printers / scanners
  • Help with TV & Cell phone volume problems
  • Help with connecting hearing aids to TVs
  • Help with Bluetooth connections
  • Help with any computer apps or hardware, like external hard drives
  • Help with email
  • Help getting TV & cell phone streaming services for movies, sports, music & news to work
  • Help using Google Docs & Drive or Microsoft OneDrive
  • Help recovering from computer crashes & restoring documents and pictures from backups

  • Verify that your Andriod or iPhone has the backup option enabled and that you are not out of backup space with your device(s) cloud backup 
  • Learn about Clould backup options such as Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive for your computer
  • Learn about removable hard drive options, including thumb drives
  • Learn about in-app backup options

  • Assess if your Windows 10 computer is capable of upgrading to Windows 11. Support and security updates to Windows 10 will end in October 14th 2025. There are paid option to keep using Windows 10 after Oct 14th 2025.
  • Evaluate the possibilities of upgrading standard computer hardware (mice and keyboards) to adaptive technologies developed to facilitate greater ease of use for people affected by mobility and dexterity issues. 
  • Ensure speakers, headphones, and computer monitors are working properly, and explore equipment upgrades as needed.

This service takes an in-depth look at all of our other offerings. We also promote lifelong learning, as the internet can be an excellent resource for stimulating the mind, staying engaged, and combating feelings of depression and isolation. In this program, we can deep-dive into all of our other programs. 


We also encourage lifelong learning, and the internet can be one of the best ways to keep the mind stimulated, stay engaged, and help with depression and self-isolation.
