About LevelUp Senior Tech Bridge
Our Mission
LevelUp Senior Tech Bridge is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization deeply committed to offering Free Basic Essential IT/Technical Support and basic digital literacy education to older adults, persons with disabilities, veterans, and disenfranchised communities in Boulder County.
The Vision
To educate users through the problem-solving process and increase digital literacy. This educational process is designed with you in mind, opening the possibility of introducing newer technological options to facilitate an updated and more robust user experience. LevelUp Senior Tech Bridge can address most issues in 30 to 60 minutes, including workspace and interface evaluation with possible upgrades to enable ease of use. Over time, we hope to be able to scale this program up to include the counties surrounding Boulder, Colorado.

- Ensure that Google Assistant, Siri, and Alexa are turned on and working to ensure personal safety during emergencies
- Education on Cyber Crime, Fraud, Hacking, and recovery / verifying that all devices have Anti-Virus installed and enabled (only 20% of clients I see have Anti Virus installed on their cell phones )
- Technical Support - In-home and remote for applications, software, and hardware to address and resolve 99% of issues
- Empart Basic Essential Digital Literacy through Continuing Education to benefit from the recognized benefits of feeling connected to family, friends and groups
- Discussing the creation of backups on the cloud / iCloud or with thumb drives
- Workspace assessment: People with disabilities can benefit from Adaptive Technologies; there are mouse options for people who have suffered strokes, etc.
