Our Mission
LevelUp Senior Tech Bridge is dedicated to providing free IT services and ongoing digital education to low income older adults, individuals with disabilities, and marginalized communities in Colorado.
Support for Computers Tablets - Phones - TV's Bluetooth Devices - Picture Frames - Printers
- Accessing Emergency Services - Reviewing and demonstrating options takes 30 to 45 minutes and can be repeated as often as needed to ensure that you always feel comfortable and safe using your cell phone's voice-assisted feature.
- Cyber Safety - Reviewing and demonstrating actions to take and features can take 30 to over an hour, depending on the situation.
- Technical Support Services - This is an as-needed service and can take as little as 15 minutes or be a conversation that spans several meetings over several hours, depending on the issue(s) being addressed.
- Backups and storage - Reviewing and demonstrating actions to take and features can take 30 to 45 minutes over an hour, depending on the situation.
- Workspace Assessment and Adaptive Technology
- Continuing Education - This service examines all of our other offerings in depth. We also promote lifelong learning, as the Internet can be an excellent resource for stimulating the mind, staying engaged, and combating feelings of depression and isolation. In this program, we can deep-dive into all of our other programs.
